Job summary

801 Chophouse Tyson's Corner is hiring for part-time Servers in a high-volume, guest-centric environment. This fine dining steakhouse in Virginia seeks team-oriented professionals with 2–4 years of serving experience and strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Must be 21+, available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Initial training pays $15.00 per hour (no tips). After training, the Federal Tip Credit Minimum Wage is $2.13 per hour, plus tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years, preferably 4 years of serving in a high-end, fine dining establishment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Strong hospitality, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest-centric service in a fast-paced fine dining setting.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Maintain high standards of service for food and beverages.
• Accurately take orders and ensure timely service.
