Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service all guests in the dining room and ensure the best possible experience.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately to tables in a timely manner.
• Maintain station cleanliness and presentation; set up and break down.
• Be friendly and helpful with guests, using surnames when possible.
• Comply with attendance, punctuality and uniform standards.
• Inspect and maintain food handling standards; follow safety rules.
• Run food to all sections of the restaurant and bar.
• Complete all duties before checking out and clocking out.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
