Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts invites an attentive Room Service Attendant to join our hotel team in Fort Worth. You will ensure timely, courteous delivery of orders, maintain presentation and cleanliness of room service areas, and assist guests with service details to enhance their stay.

The role requires experience in food and beverage, a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and certifications such as TABC and Food Handler.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience in fine dining or hotel.
• Room Service experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• TABC and Food Handler certifications are required.
• Candidates must be able to speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge of service time, menu and specials.
• Prepare, deliver and serve orders using Moments of Service.
• Inquire if additional service is needed.
• Responsible for each check.
• Pickup trays and tables and maintain room service areas.
