• Ability to read instructions and count for restocking and service.

• Serve water and replenish throughout the meal; anticipate guest needs and maintain positive relations.
• Assist in delivering food, seating guests, and reading order tickets; ensure correct table items and seating.
• Complete opening side duties: ensure adequate silverware, glassware, china, and linens; set up side station and trash receptacles.
• Maintain knowledge of table and seat numbers, section assignments, and dress code; follow service procedures and policies.
• Abide by state liquor regulations; escalate issues to supervision when needed.
• Collaborate with team to deliver world class food and beverage service.
