Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking Server Assistants/Dining Room Attendants in Asheville, NC. The role involves helping servers provide an exceptional dining experience, water service during meals, and maintaining tables and service areas.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar position is strongly preferred, particularly in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
Commitment to delivering world class guest service and ability to work as part of a guest-service oriented team.
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to perform essential job functions with speed and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to be proactive and take initiative as appropriate.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with deadlines and good judgment.

Responsibilities

Replenish table items and address guest needs; clear dining area according to procedures.
Maintain knowledge of service procedures and policies.
Abide by state liquor regulations regarding minors, intoxicated persons, and drunken driving.
Replace soiled linens, clean tables, set tables with silverware/glassware.
Maintain table settings and refill water glasses; monitor for spills and special needs.
Close dining facility by cleaning floors and removing trash.
