Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a dining room support associate to assist servers and supervisors in delivering world-class service in the Inn dining room. You will help reset tables to Biltmore standards, stock service areas, and maintain a spotless dining environment.

The position schedule typically runs 6:00am–1:00pm with weekend and holiday availability required and a flexible 20–29 hour workweek. Employee meals are provided, with benefits for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Serve water to guests upon arrival and replenish throughout the meal.
• Assist Dining Room Servers and Supervisors to provide world class service.
• Reset tables to Inn and Biltmore standards.
• Stock and maintain items needed for resets during shift.
• Assist in delivering food to tables and seating guests as required.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and service procedures and dress code.
