Job summary

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in Naperville is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining room and service team to deliver the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable hospitality. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive guest satisfaction, training, and daily operations in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

You will recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, ensure health and safety compliance, manage stock and P&L targets, and maintain exceptional food quality

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership to represent the Gordon Ramsay brand and hospitality standards.
• Experience as Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment.
• Proven track record in a high-volume restaurant.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure brand standards and food quality.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, motivate and retain a high-performing kitchen team.
• Strong personality with confidence and enthusiasm to lead daily operations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with all stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and manage relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for effective execution of the operation, ensuring guest satisfaction in a lively restaurant and bar.
• Lead and drive quality service and standards through the team.
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve loyalty and retention.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance to statutory and Ramsay standards.
• Oversee supply chain and stock control in line with concept and standards.
• Manage targets and performance metrics set for the venue.
• Coordinate resources and commercial activities to deliver P&L targets.
