Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a high-volume, premium casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Proven success in managing large teams and complex operations with strong results.
• Strong understanding of guest service excellence and hospitality culture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets, labor, and cost controls.
• Hands-on leader with the ability to motivate, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and Gordon Ramsay’s brand values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational leader of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and upholding Gordon Ramsay’s world‑class hospitality standards.
• Oversee all front-and-back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily execution and consistency across service.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including P&L, labor, and cost controls, to meet or exceed budgetary goals.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through innovative service strategies and strong guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, leadership, and other departments to achieve alignment and success.
• Lead pre‑shift meetings, communicate daily priorities, and inspire the team to deliver best‑in‑class service.
