Ramsay’s Kitchen - Naperville is seeking a line cook to join a fast-paced, detail-focused kitchen inspired by Gordon Ramsay. You’ll prepare dishes, maintain plate presentation, and uphold safety standards, working collaboratively with a team in a busy service environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering Gordon Ramsay’s standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Solid understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
• Manage all aspects of the assigned cooking station, including setup, prep, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and breakdown.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with restocking and storage of inventory items as needed.
