Job summary

Ramsay’s Kitchen - Naperville is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering Gordon Ramsay-level hospitality in a fine dining, high-volume setting. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive service excellence, team development and operational performance.

You will be responsible for maintaining the brand standards, ensuring food quality, and delivering memorable guest experiences daily, with a focus on safety, accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in restaurant operations.
• Experience managing high-end dining and large guest volumes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Ensure health, safety and food safety compliance to regulations and brand standards.
• Manage supply chain and inventory in line with concept and standards.
• Achieve targets for revenue, costs and guest satisfaction.
