Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing department Associates, and coaching the team.
• Implement security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests.
• Be the restaurant of choice by creating memorable guest experiences and connecting with guests and community events.
• Drive restaurant results through P&L management, initiatives to build sales, and guest growth; coach and train associates.
• Present quality food and drink by ensuring menu items are made to recipe and standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities.
