Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in the Richmond area is seeking an experienced Manager to lead a restaurant team, ensure high standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will drive operations, uphold safety and sanitation, and foster a positive, inclusive culture within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fully staffed restaurant department and develop Associates.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Create memorable experiences for guests and engage with the community.
• Manage department P&L and drive sales, profitability and guest growth.
• Present quality food and drink according to recipes and high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices with a culture of excellence.
• Live and promote our Principles & Beliefs, fostering a fun, inclusive restaurant culture.
