Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Driving high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant.
• Implementing security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Being the restaurant of choice by creating memorable experiences for guests and connecting with them.
• Driving restaurant results through management of your department’s P&L and coaching associates.
• Ensuring menu items are prepared and presented to high Fleming's standards.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation practices with a culture of excellence.
• Living our Principles & Beliefs and fostering a passionate, fun culture within the restaurant.
