Job summary

Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the Specialty & Fine Dining outlets. You will direct front-of-house operations across Orange Sky, Tash, and Ocean Trails, lead staff, and ensure exceptional service and financial results.

You will partner with Culinary leadership on menu execution, wine and beverage programs, training, and guest experience. A strong background in upscale dining and team development is required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in the Food & Beverage industry with 5 years in a management role.
• 2 years of management experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card and Serve Safe certification required.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage programs; strong service standards.
• Understanding of Arizona liquor laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs front-of-house activities for specialty/fine dining outlets.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate restaurant staff; ensure performance goals.
• Coordinate with culinary leadership on menu development and wine pairings.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and PCI compliance; monitor guest satisfaction.
• Lead customer service training and ensure adherence to safety standards.
