Job summary

Estancia Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead daily front‑of‑house operations, oversee service delivery, staff scheduling, reservations, and training, and ensure member satisfaction while upholding the Club’s standards.

This role serves as the primary operational leader of the dining room team and collaborates with the Food & Beverage Manager, Clubhouse Manager, Executive Chef, and other department heads to deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Private club experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll administration, and employee supervision.
• Experience managing reservations and dining room operations.
• Experience with POS systems and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership for all dining room operations.
• Oversee reservations management, scheduling, and service standards.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef.
• Monitor member satisfaction and billing accuracy in dining operations.
• Train and develop front-of-house staff.
