Job summary

The role focuses on guest experience, sales growth, P&L ownership, and developing FOH leaders while maintaining cost controls and operations excellence. This is a senior, hands-on position with visibility on the floor.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of senior management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant with high volume.
• Visible floor presence with ability to coach, develop leaders and maintain strong employee culture.
• Strong P&L, labor, cost control, and profitability understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of brand standards
• Own the overall guest experience and service culture
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
• Manage P&L, labor, food, beverage, and operating costs
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop FOH leadership and hourly teams
• Lead from the floor and provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Oversee scheduling, floor plans, staffing, and shift execution
• Handle guest recovery and service issues professionally
• Ensure facility cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance standards
• Oversee payroll, reporting, invoicing, and other administrative responsibilities
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Partner with senior leadership on continued operational improvement
