Job summary

BOA Steakhouse Scottsdale, part of Innovative Dining Group, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive exceptional steakhouse cuisine in Scottsdale.

This role oversees kitchen operations, staffing, menu planning, and adherence to brand standards while fostering a positive, professional work environment.

Candidate will bring 3–5 years of executive chef experience in high-volume settings, strong leadership, and a commitment to hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Strong familiarity with food service regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Completion of a post-secondary culinary arts program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct staffing, training, and evaluation of kitchen employees in accordance with our policies and procedures.
• Teach proper cooking techniques to guarantee outstanding food products made per our restaurant specifications and standards.
• Train and coach staff to focus on recipe adherence and correct poor performance.
• Plan and coordinate daily menus and continuously fine-tune recipe specifications.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive financial success and maintain standards.
