Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and cooks in preparation of salad, main dishes, snack trays and other foods.
• Maintain proper temperatures for foods, salads and soups and ensure sanitation.
• Keep work areas and kitchen equipment clean, sanitary and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist other staff as needed and handle additional tasks when directed.
