Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Prep Cook to support a fine dining culinary program with fast-paced service and rigorous sanitation standards.

You will follow chef directions for opening/closing duties, prepare items to spec, maintain temperatures, and ensure cleanliness and safety across all kitchen areas. Prior high-end club/restaurant experience is a plus and flexibility with hours is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary training preferred.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• One year in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Practice safe work habits and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow assignments for openings/closings and prep work.
• Prepare food items respecting portions and quality standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and sanitation.
• Keep kitchen clean: shelves, walls, floors, drains.
• Collaborate as a team to deliver quality service.
