Park Hyatt Washington is seeking an experienced Cook to join the Blue Duck Tavern team within Hyatt's Michelin Distinguished dining program. This full-time role requires at least 2 years of line experience, prior fine dining background, and a culinary degree or related hotel experience.

You will work across kitchen stations in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and must be available weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous line experience required.
• Prior fine dining experience required.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience
• Ability to perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to work single station in the kitchen
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have full-time availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
