Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Park Hyatt Washington’s Blue Duck Tavern. You will join a Michelin-acclaimed team in a luxury setting, contributing to daily operations and guest experiences that reflect Hyatt's service ethos.

The role focuses on outlet management, staff development and strategic revenue initiatives, with opportunities to lead as a standalone operator when needed. Salary range reflects market for luxury F&B leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in F&B role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience in fine dining, full-service operation desirable.
• Familiarity with reservations and POS systems, cash handling and food-safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Blue Duck Tavern and other F&B outlets under the Food & Beverage leadership team.
• Assist in short- and long-term planning of hotel outlets including restaurant, lounge and in-room dining.
• Participate in hiring, training and staff development initiatives.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver exceptional guest service and high employee satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and managing special events and holiday functions.
