Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is seeking a Culinary Artisan to join our kitchen brigade in Napa Valley. You will showcase culinary prowess across diverse cooking methods, contributing to memorable dining experiences for guests who expect exceptional quality.

The role emphasizes precision, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of station setup, cleanliness, and safety in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years experience as a line cook.
• Must have full availability mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a fine dining establishment.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in a fine dining establishment.
• Must be able to remain calm under increasing demands and be receptive to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a variety of cooking styles and temperatures: Whole Roast, Quick Sear, Sous Vide, Slicer, etc.
• Maintain consistency in setup and breakdown of station.
• Organize stations, maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety.
• Cook II prepares all mise-en-place for a station and supports service.
• Ensure speed, accuracy and temperature; collaborate across stations and with teams.
• Date and rotate perishables per Executive Chef standards.
