Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge and hospitality operations experience.
• Fine dining host experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage guests and provide warm, personalized service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Maintain professional appearance and hygiene.
• Clear English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and manage reservations as per SOP.
• Answer phones, greet guests and explain restaurant concepts.
• Maintain a clean host stand and seating area.
• Assist with daily stand-up and event orders as needed.
• Support front-of-house and kitchen coordination during service.
• Respond to guest requests with timely and positive outcomes.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
