Job summary

Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa in Pennsylvania is seeking a banquet server to deliver exceptional guest service during events and daily operations. You will support culinary with station setup, maintain high standards, and ensure timely, accurate service for meetings, banquets and dining events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and ensure compliance with hotel standards and local laws.
• Prepare for health department and sanitation inspections as required.
• Setup and breakdown of banquet events, including tables, buffets and stations.
• Serve food and beverages with accuracy and high presentation quality.
• Assist culinary with food and beverage assembly and plate-up as needed.
• Respond to guests' requests promptly to create memorable experiences.
