Castell's in New York seeks a Captain to lead the floor and elevate guest experiences in a fine dining setting. The role focuses on guiding the service team, maintaining seamless communication between front and back of house, and upholding the highest hospitality standards throughout each guest’s dining experience.

You will train and mentor staff to sustain a Michelin-level experience, collaborate with management on service standards, and ensure meticulous timing during table service.

Qualifications

• Previous captain or leadership role in a Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
