Major Food Group is seeking an experienced Captain to uphold the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism in a fine dining setting. The role requires strong work ethic and leadership to guide service throughout shifts.

Key duties include anticipating guests’ needs, maintaining dining room standards, greeting guests, and ensuring satisfaction. A solid knowledge of menu and service techniques is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage service captain experience.
• Excellent knowledge of dining room and service procedures.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of POS system.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure service meets/exceeds expectations.
• Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, cleanliness and safety.
• Receive and greet members/guests; assist with seating.
• Check tables for guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
