Oak View Group is seeking an on-call Banquet Server to deliver professional food and beverage service at events. You will help set up banquet spaces, serve courses, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a polished, guest-focused attitude.

This role is hourly, tip-eligible, and open until December 31, 2026. Benefits for part-time roles include 401(k) savings and matching; candidates should be flexible for nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent GED strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 6 months to 1 year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred.
• Must lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects often; ability to carry at least 8 entrees per tray.
• Flexible on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Punctual with consistent attendance.
• Ability to respond to simple complaints or inquiries from customers.

Responsabilidades

• Reads and understands banquet event orders.
• Provides fine-dining-level food and beverage service to guests for all events, consistent with standards.
• Initiates and maintains friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring needs are anticipated and met.
• Sets up and maintains food and beverage stations throughout the building.
• Maintains inventory for food and beverage stations.
• Keeps event areas and front-of-house staging areas tidy and organized.
• Participates in setup and cleanup of service items.
• Works independently during slower times.
• Supports a safe and clean work environment.
• Engages with guests professionally and maintains a positive attitude.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of work.
• Contributes to a positive guest experience and venue impression.
