Oak View Group seeks a Banquet Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service for meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, concerts, and special events. You’ll assist with setup, service, and breakdown while delivering courteous, attentive service per BEO and company standards.

This role is hourly and part-time, with a pay rate of $30.00 - $36.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) savings and matching; position open through Feb 5, 2027.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Banquet/restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Follow directions with attention to detail.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Set up banquet rooms per BEOs with tables, chairs, linens, and decor.
• Provide professional food and beverage service for meals and buffets.
• Serve according to service standards and techniques.
• Know menus and beverage offerings to answer questions.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly during events.
• Clear tables, refresh beverages, and maintain space cleanliness.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment and breakdown.
• Support banquet bartenders and beverage stations as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
