MSU Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to deliver personalized service at the Kentwood branch. You will assess each member’s financial position, recommend tailored solutions, and cross-sell products while prioritizing accuracy and risk management.

Responsibilities

Listen to member needs and analyze their financial position to suggest tailored solutions.

Process transactions accurately and maintain strict procedures for security and compliance.
Review transactions for red flags and escalate fraud concerns to protect members and credit union.
Assist in processing business accounts and recommending referrals to partners.
Engage with members and prospects through branch activities to grow relationships.
