Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer, remote in the US (ETZ), UK, or Ireland, to own our essential financial platforms, starting with NetSuite and expanding to FloQast and Ramp. You’ll automate to minimize manual work and collaborate with engineering on multi-system integrations, serving Finance and Accounting as a trusted partner.

You’ll translate finance needs into system capabilities, implement reliable data rules, and drive efficiency while leveraging AI to accelerate routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite administration including configuration, customization, and workflows.
• Familiar with core finance processes: month-end close, reconciliations, and revenue.
• Experience building cross-system integrations and automations.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer core financial systems (NetSuite, FloQast, Ramp) including configuration and health.
• Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations and reduce them via automation.
• Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain and define system rules.
• Build cross-system integrations on a central integration platform in partnership with engineering.
• Own vendor onboarding, configuration, and administration for financial systems.
• Use AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work.
