Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to own and modernize our financial systems. This role focuses on NetSuite today with FloQast coming online, balancing hands-on administration with automation to reduce manual work across finance operations.

You will partner with internal engineering to design cross-system integrations, own data canonical definitions, and drive efficiencies through AI-enabled automation. A high-ownership role reporting to Enterprise Systems Management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to automate repetitive finance tasks (scripting, saved searches, workflows).
• Understanding of core finance processes: month-end close, reconciliations, AP/Procure-to-Pay, revenue.
• Ability to discern what belongs in system configuration vs cross-system integration and what data is source of truth.
• Strong collaboration and communication across finance and engineering teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer core financial systems (NetSuite today; FloQast coming online) including configuration and health.
• Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations and reduce them via automation.
• Serve as business-logic and data expert for the finance domain and define canonical definitions.
• Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled integration platform in partnership with engineering.
• Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting, handling vendor onboarding and admin tasks.
• Use modern AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work.
