We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Foreign Exchange (FX) and Wall Street Systems (WSS) to join a critical Capital Markets technology initiative. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, helping to define, analyze, and automate business requirements for FX trading applications. This is an onsite role requiring strong collaboration, problem-solving, and domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for FX and trading applications
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Wall Street Systems (WSS) and its integration into custom trading solutions
• Work closely with software engineers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions
• Lead efforts to automate manual testing processes, collaborating with QA and engineering
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to user story development, and support sprint planning
• Communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in financial services, preferably within Foreign Exchange (FX) environments
• Hands-on experience with Wall Street Systems (WSS)
• Strong understanding of trading workflows, system integrations, and financial products
• Experience with automation testing processes and tools (e.g., working with developers and QA to automate tests)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based platforms
• Experience in broader Capital Markets domains
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
