Job Overview

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to oversee and develop internal applications within the CFO organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering and configuring Workday Financials, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, stakeholder partnership, and creative solution development are essential.

Posting Type: Remote/Hybrid

The role reports to the Director, Financial Systems. Candidates based in the Chicago area are preferred, but remote applicants will also be considered.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage standard Workday administrator tasks such as report/dashboard creation, business process configuration, integrations, setup data maintenance, feature adoption, and testing new releases.
2. Translate business requirements into specifications and scalable solutions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to support and improve business processes.
4. Identify opportunities for system improvements and manage the impact of new programs from design to post-deployment.
5. Ensure data integrity across system integrations and workflows.
6. Maintain a service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills and focus on user experience.
7. Develop and update comprehensive system documentation including designs, requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
8. Manage system controls aligned with reporting, audit, and compliance objectives.
9. Use sound judgment and make independent decisions.
10. Uphold company values consistently.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
3. Experience with complex requirement configuration, workflow enhancement, integration management, and reporting.
4. Deep understanding of finance processes, especially revenue recognition.

Compensation

Relativity offers a competitive total compensation package, including base salary, annual bonus, and long-term incentives. The salary range is $88,000 to $132,000, with final offers based on experience, skills, and internal pay equity.
