Job Overview

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to manage and enhance our internal applications within the CFO organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering and configuring Workday Financials, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and develop innovative solutions.

Reporting to the Director, Financial Systems, the role is based in the Chicago area; remote candidates are also considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage standard Workday administrator tasks such as building reports and dashboards, configuring business processes, enabling integrations, maintaining setup data, assessing and adopting new features, and regression testing releases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support and improve business processes.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and manage the impact of new programs from design to post-deployment.
• Ensure data integrity across system integrations and workflows.
• Maintain a service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills, considering user experience.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture, business requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Manage system controls in line with reporting, audit, and compliance objectives.
• Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
• Uphold company values consistently.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
• Experience in configuring complex requirements, optimizing workflows, managing integrations, and developing robust reports.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, particularly revenue recognition.

Compensation and Additional Details

Relativity offers competitive total compensation, including base salary, annual bonus, and long-term incentives. The salary range is $88,000 to $132,000, based on experience, skills, and internal pay equity. The role is classified as Mid-Senior level, full-time, in the finance and sales industry within software development.
