Job Overview

Relativity is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to manage and extend our internal applications across the CFO organization. The ideal candidate has expertise administering and configuring Workday Financials with a deep understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be important to success in this role, along with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders and develop creative solutions.

Posting Type: Remote/Hybrid

Role Details: The role reports to the Director, Financial Systems. Ideal candidates will be based in the Chicago area; however, remote candidates will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ownership of standard Workday administrator tasks including building reports and dashboards, configuring business process definitions, enabling integrations, maintaining setup data, assessing and executing feature adoption, regression testing new releases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs to develop scalable solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders to support and transform business processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and manage the financial system impact of new programs (from design to implementation and post-deployment support).
• Maintain data integrity across all system integrations and workflows.
• Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including architectural and functional designs, business requirements documents, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Manage system-related controls in light of reporting, audit, and control objectives.
• Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
• Demonstrate a commitment to core company values.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience administering and managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
• Experience configuring complex requirements and driving optimization projects, such as building workflows, managing integrations, and creating reporting deliverables.
• Solid understanding of finance processes, with in-depth knowledge of revenue recognition.

Compensation: Relativity offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, and long-term incentives. The salary range is $88,000 - $132,000, based on experience and qualifications.
