The role reports to the Director, Financial Systems. Candidates based in the Chicago area are preferred, but remote candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

1. Manage standard Workday administrator tasks, including report and dashboard creation, business process configuration, integration setup, data maintenance, feature adoption, and testing new releases.
2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to support and improve business processes.
4. Identify opportunities for system improvements and manage the impact of new programs from design to post-deployment.
5. Ensure data integrity across system integrations and workflows.
6. Maintain user experience considerations and provide excellent service.
7. Document systems architecture, business requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
8. Manage system controls to meet reporting, audit, and compliance objectives.
9. Make independent, sound judgments in decision-making processes.
10. Uphold the company's core values consistently.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
3. Experience with complex requirements, workflow optimization, integrations, and reporting.
4. Deep understanding of finance processes, especially revenue recognition.

The expected salary range is $88,000 to $132,000, with the final offer based on experience and qualifications.
