Job Overview

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to manage and enhance our internal applications within the CFO organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering and configuring Workday Financials, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and develop innovative solutions.

Posting Type: Remote/Hybrid

The role reports to the Director, Financial Systems. Candidates based in the Chicago area are preferred, but remote candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard Workday administrator tasks such as reporting, dashboard creation, configuration, integrations, data setup, feature adoption, and testing new releases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications to develop scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support and improve business processes.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and manage the impact of new programs from design to post-deployment support.
• Ensure data integrity across system integrations and workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including system architecture, business requirements, process flows, and training materials.
• Manage system controls for reporting, audit, and compliance purposes.
• Make independent decisions with sound judgment.
• Uphold company values and demonstrate a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
• Experience in configuring complex requirements, optimizing workflows, managing integrations, and creating reports.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, especially revenue recognition.

Relativity offers competitive compensation, including base salary, bonuses, and incentives. The salary range is $88,000 - $132,000, with final offers based on experience and qualifications.
