Job Responsibilities

1. Manage standard Workday administrator tasks such as building reports and dashboards, configuring business processes, enabling integrations, maintaining setup data, assessing feature adoption, and regression testing releases
2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions
3. Partner with stakeholders to support and improve business processes
4. Identify opportunities for system improvements and manage the impact of new programs from design to post-deployment
5. Ensure data integrity across system integrations and workflows
6. Develop comprehensive system documentation including architecture, business requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials
7. Manage system controls aligned with reporting, audit, and control objectives
8. Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions
9. Uphold company values consistently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials
• Experience with complex requirements, workflows, integrations, and reporting
• Deep understanding of finance processes, especially revenue recognition

Compensation

Salary range: $88,000 - $132,000, based on experience and qualifications. The position includes a base salary, performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The final salary offer will consider various factors, including internal pay equity and candidate experience.
