Shamrock Trading Corporation, through RTS, is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to join our Charlotte team. You will focus on prospecting, qualifying and securing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated. You will leverage consultative sales strategies to present tailored financial solutions and build long-term client partnerships, negotiating terms and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience required.
• Proven record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a multi-product line.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Ukrainian, Portuguese, or Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Leverage consultative sales strategies to present tailored financial solutions.
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service experience.
