Shamrock Trading Corporation's RTS is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to prospect, qualify and secure new opportunities while expanding existing accounts in the transportation and logistics sector.

You will leverage consultative sales strategies, manage a robust pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions. The role requires 2+ years of BD experience, a bachelor’s degree, and bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience.
• Proven track record of professional, solutions-based sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English and one of the listed languages (Russian/Uzbek, Punjabi, Urdu, Somali, Swahili, Bosnian/Serbian/Bulgarian, or Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Present tailored financial solutions using consultative sales.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service.
