Job summary

RTS, part of Shamrock Trading Corporation, seeks a motivated Business Development salesperson for the Fort Lauderdale office. You will prospect, qualify, and secure new business while expanding relationships with existing accounts.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated. You will leverage consultative strategies to present tailored financial solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and manage a robust pipeline to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience.
• Proven success delivering professional, solutions-based sales over the phone.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (oral, reading, writing).
