Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must be able to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math functions.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment, via NMLS portal, is required.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify financial needs and build customer profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and set appointments for periodic reviews.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide holistic financial solutions.
