- Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help achieve financial goals
- Triage client leads and requests
- Make referrals to internal business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
- Build financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
- Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
- Coach and provide feedback to referral partners
- Complete required licenses and trainings
- Work Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays
- Train at one financial center and potentially begin in a phone-based capacity until a financial center within reasonable commuting distance is determined
Requirements
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses, or Series 63 & 65 in lieu of Series 66
- If holding Series 63 or 65 but not Series 66, must pass the missing series within 60 days as a condition of the offer
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

- Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including required background check and registration process; employees must remain in good standing
