University of California - Riverside's Department of Physics & Astronomy seeks a Financial Services Supervisor to provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and researchers. You will safeguard fiscal integrity for non-C&G funds, assist with monthly ledger reconciliation, and ensure compliance in procard, travel, and purchasing processes.

Under the General supervision of the Financial Operations Manager (FOM), provide administration support to Faculty, Researchers, Staff, and students within the Department of Physics &Astronomy. Maintain fiscal integrity for non-C&G funds and accounts, ensuring funds are in auditable/reportable condition. Assist with monthly ledger reconciliation, procard compliance, travel compliance, purchasing compliance, assist purchasing with complex dept/lab purchases to ensure compliance, equipment management, and miscellaneous duties as assigned. Responsible for supervision and backup of purchasing assistant and travel assistant desk. All applicants selected for interview will be required to complete a skills assessment.
The full salary range for the Financial Services Supervisor is $70,600.00 - $125,400.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $70,600.00 - $75,000.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
