Job summary

You will safeguard fiscal integrity for non-C&G funds, assist with monthly ledger reconciliation, and ensure compliance in procard, travel, and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to Faculty, Researchers, Staff, and students within the Department of Physics & Astronomy.
• Maintain fiscal integrity for non-C&G funds and accounts, ensuring funds are auditable and reportable.
• Assist with monthly ledger reconciliation, procard compliance, travel compliance, and purchasing compliance.
• Assist purchasing with complex dept/lab purchases to ensure compliance.
• Equipment management and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Supervise and provide backup for purchasing assistant and travel assistant desk.
