Aufgaben

• Provide administration support to Faculty, Researchers, Staff, and students within the Department of Physics & Astronomy; maintain fiscal integrity for non-C&G funds and accounts.
• Assist with monthly ledger reconciliation, procard compliance, travel compliance, purchasing compliance, and complex dept/lab purchases to ensure compliance; manage equipment and other duties as assigned.
• Supervise and provide backup for the purchasing assistant and travel assistant desks.
