Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability of one or more retail Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations in Wisconsin.

You will lead staff, drive sales, ensure customer service excellence, and enforce company policies while meeting district targets. Responsibilities include cash handling, loan/check cashing, supervising staff, scheduling, training, and compliance with federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options meeting their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations when needed.
• Handle and process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve district metric targets.
• Maintain staff scheduling and support store coverage within the district.
