Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for one or more Check N' Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations in Wisconsin. You will oversee daily operations, sales, cash handling, and customer service while driving profitability and team performance.

The role requires 2+ years in sales and customer service, supervisory experience, and strong communication. You will lead staff, schedule shifts, ensure compliance, and support recruiting within the district.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with policy and procedure, with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and services meeting their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and resolve complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations if unresolved.
• Respond to general questions, applications, and inquiries per regulations and policies.
• Handle currency, cash, and deposits; manage cash drawer and safe transfers.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree timely.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve district metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores as needed.
• Support staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Assist District Director of Operations with recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
