The Assistant Store Manager serves as a front-line ambassador, upholding our values, delivering outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence in Wisconsin stores. Responsibilities include educating customers on the product portfolio, handling cash, processing transactions, and escalating complex issues to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, listening and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district leadership when needed.
• Answer inquiries and process applications or other requests.
• Perform outbound calls per regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, and deposits as needed.
• Balance receipts and resolve discrepancies with reports.
• Process transactions accurately and per company policy.
