Job summary

You will lead by example, supervise daily store operations, assist with sales, cash handling, compliance trainings, and customer verifications while upholding the company's values of accountability and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrates accountability, inclusivity, transparency, and focus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process applications or requests.
• Conduct outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with regulations.
• Respond professionally, explain solutions, and ensure customers feel supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and resolve complaints.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and perform deposits as required.
• Balance end-of-day batch receipts and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Complete compliance trainings and adhere to company procedures.
